Milan skyline and the skyscrapers of Porta Nuova

From the panoramic terrace of the Best Western Hotel City you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Milanese skyline while sipping a drink.

Starting from Expo, the city has had a rapid vertical development with the construction of some of the most beautiful skyscrapers in Italy that give to the city an international allure.

Next to the historic Pirelli skyscraper, for the Milanese the Pirellone, in the last ten years have seen the light in the completely redeveloped Porta Nuova district, the Palazzo Lombardia with its thin and slender line, the Gioia 22 Tower, called "shard of glass" due to its inverted pyramid shape; the Unicredit Tower with a rounded shape and the characteristic spire on the top, the Solaria Tower, the tallest residential building in Italy, the famous Bosco Verticale by the architect Stefano Boeri dripping with lush green and the Diamond Tower of BNP Paribas, recognizable by the oblique cut of the top.

You can have fun recognizing the names of skyscrapers with this photomap of the skyline taken from our rooftop.
